How to Remove "Female/ Male for English(India)" from Notification Shade ?

First of all let's discuss why it is "showing in the notification shade" :

This is basically a Bug in the MIUI 8. This comes when you choose another default language that is not installed on your mobile. So, mobile tries to install that via wifi only, but after connecting to wifi also it is appearing. By the following method you can disable that notification shade bug. This method is for both MIUI8 and MIUI7 as well.

Follow this method :-

(1) Go to Settings App.

(2) Go to Additional Settings.

(3) Go to Language and Input.

(4) Go to Text-to-Speech Output.

(5) Select Gear Icon

(6) Go to Install Voice Data.

(7) Now pull Notification Tray and See what is the language.

(8) Go and Tap on that language.

(9) There you will see that the language is being downloaded. So click on that cross mark to cancel that download.

Thats It ! Now You can see that the Notification bug has been gone.
